About Joel

Where engineering meets entrepreneurship.

Joel Siwale is a Zambian entrepreneur, registered engineer and technology executive, and the Founder & Chairman of MEIT.

With over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience, his work bridges renewable energy, engineering, enterprise information technology, digital security, construction-related solutions, logistics, telematics, advertising and communications.

His approach combines practical systems thinking with commercial strategy, project governance, implementation and long-term client support. Through MEIT, he provides strategic leadership across specialised businesses serving corporate, institutional and industrial markets.
